Support Our Cause
Help us build new gardens!
At Ready, Set, Grow! School Garden Network, every gift—whether financial or in-kind—directly helps children in Placer County and beyond experience the joy of growing, tasting, and learning from their very own gardens. With the closure of UC CalFresh, many Title I schools have lost their only source of garden-based nutrition education. That’s where we step in.
Your support ensures we can provide classrooms with garden lessons, supply teachers and parent-docents with the tools they need, and help students discover a lifelong love of healthy food. Whether you choose to make a donation or contribute much-needed supplies, you are planting seeds of health, learning, and community.

Ways to Support Our Cause:
Help Us Plant the Future!
With UC CalFresh gone, Title I schools in Placer County are losing their only source of garden and nutrition education. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to bring school gardens and hands-on lessons to students who need them most.
Every dollar helps us:
Build and maintain thriving school gardens
Provide seeds, soil, and tools for classrooms
Train parents and volunteers as School Garden Docents
Bring fresh fruits and vegetables straight to kids’ plates
Together, we can ensure no child misses out on the chance to learn, grow, and taste the joy of a garden.
